It took me way too long in life to learn how much the food I eat effects more than just my waistline. It is crazy how God made food affect us in deep ways! Whether it is clear skin or a healthier mindset, eating healthier foods is an amazing intentional way to focus on whole person health.

Today, I wanted to put together a list of foods to be on your watch list, depending on what goals you are going for!

 

Healthy Skin
